Our Return Policy

At KOVA, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something doesn't work out, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Returns are completely free for all customers — we provide a prepaid return label with every order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In their original packaging (if applicable)

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges are not available at this time — please return the item and place a new order.
